Alyssa & Mark
Alyssa & Mark are awesome. We hit it off with them right away when we first met them and quickly realized that Becca had even worked with Alyssa’s mom at World Vision 5 years ago! It is a small world and thanks to photography it keeps getting a little smaller. When discussing where they wanted to do engagement photos their only criteria was anywhere that looked different from Arizona. Mark is originally from Arizona and wanted an aesthetic that was truly Pacific Northwest to never forget where they are right now. Getting married in Tacoma and knowing Mark had never been…Point Defiance was the obvious choice. We shoot there so much and spend so much time there as a family that it’s easy to forget how truly beautiful it is and how fortunate we are to live so close to a place like that. We were quickly reminded when Mark said “Driving up, it looked like something out of Lord of the Rings.” And he is absolutely right! Gotta love the Pacific Northwest. Congratulations you two! We cannot wait to party with you in July!
