While reflecting on what we wanted to share about Kayla & Dalton’s wedding, one word keeps coming up over and over again… special. Because they had already done engagement photos by the time we were connected and Dalton lived all the way in Arizona, we had very little contact with them before their big day! However, from start to finish… the awesome weather, the details, the family, the friends… it was all amazing.

Kayla & Dalton were married on that beautiful Saturday we had right before Easter (March 30th) at the gorgeous Hidden Meadows in Snohomish, Washington. While there were so many memorable moments that evening, one that stood out to us was when for the father-daughter-dance Kayla’s dad sang an original song that he had written for her when she was 12. We could hear people chattering about how it was only a matter of time before her dad would burst into tears while singing…. To everyone’s surprise it was Kayla that got all choked up….and every single other female in the entire room. 🙂 One of the sweetest moments we have witnessed at a wedding and one we won’t soon forget.

After having the pleasure of interacting with these two and spending the entire day with their friends and families, it is clear that they have an amazing future ahead of them and an incredible support network to celebrate with them in their joy and be there for them in their trials for years to come. Not only were they all kind and loving people…. they also know how to party! Wedding perfection!
